Pizza is one of the few foods everyone like, as you can make oh so many variations of it. Yesterday, as a treat to ourselves, Adam made the dough and I made the filling of two pizza’s each. Organic bacon, rocket & a swedish cheese called Grevé. The cheese is having quite a nutty lovely taste, which I think is perfect in most foods. We enjoyed it together, watching the TV series of Agatha Christies Poirot, a true gourmand. Oh wish I had time making nice foods every day, but soon summer is over and it will be back to noodles.
