As promised, here comes my meatballs recipe.
500 grams of minced meat
1 dl breadcrumbs
150 milliliters of milk
Salt, Pepper and tarragon for flavoring.
Mix milk and breadcrumbs together, and let it stand for 10 mins. Add the other ingredients and mix thorughly. Wet your hands, roll the paste to balls (size you can decide yourself, I like them quite big so I got 15 meatballs from this recipe) and put them on a wet plate. Fry the meatballs with a little fat, and then put them on a plate.
I served my meatballs with rocket and mashed potatoes. 🙂
