Little O and his grandmother Rachel, cuddling together on the sofa at Adam’s work.
Having the family around is funny, O thinks, as it is more people around that willingly to let him sleep in the arms. The best place in the world according to him, as neither the bed and the pram are that cozy.
O is his new outfit. Cute enough to make any mother proud.
Today is an exciting day, as O will meet his english grandmother Rachel for the very first time. We had a lot of prepartions yesterday with making buns and cleaning the house. It is always lovely to get guests, and for O, it is nice to meet the other side of his family too.
I am utterly nervous for our baby, and they think I maybe need to do a ceasarian section (they will check that today), you can understand that I have not been blogging a lot. My dear sweet mother though came by to be some support for me two days ago, and we talked about things that maybe will happen, or maybe not. Had a nice dinner, ate ice cream in the sunshine and took my brothers to the playground. It really helped to make me feel better. She went home now, but she will come back, she said. I am so thankful for her and having her as a mother.
Yesterday it is 4 years ago since my beloved uncle died, only 28 years old. I did not blog at all because of that, instead I filled my day with going to the church and lit candles for him, and being with friends later on a fancy dinner and party, all in order not to think about what happend. My uncle said that being happy and enjoy life is the far most important thing to do, and that was what I tried to do yesterday, to his honour. Will later today show what I did.
We all have someone we miss, how do you cope with it?
….I woke up before Adam, something that is not common. As I did not want to wake him up, I went to the living room and listened to some Vivaldi, one of my favorite composers. I gave Adam a hug when he came up later.
I ate a huge breakfast consisting of bread with ham and butter, muesli and sour milk and a big glass of orange juice. Pregnancy Cravings are fun.
I finished one book, Att vara med henne…by Alex Schulman. This book has one of the longest titles I have ever seen. It is a good book though, so all you sweds out there, I suggest you read it. I’m going to return to the library, so someone else can get the chance to read it.
Also what happend this Sunday morning is that Ådi continued with his sunbathing. I think that is his happiest moment, and I can never get enough of taking photos of him when he do that, he is so cute.
Good start on a good day, in other words. Now I shall shower and then go out on this beautiful spring day.
